  Event: Balancing The Conflicts: A CEDA Initiative
  Description:Few issues of public policy generate emotive debate like the issue of water access and usage. Couple that with a discussion on land clearing and climate change, and the scene is set for a charged event put on by the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA).

This seminar will be presented by Dr Brian Fisher, Executive Director of the Australian Bureau of Agricultural Resource Economics (ABARE) at the Brisbane Club, Brisbane. Fisher will discuss the conflicts inherent in water and land usage and the impact of climate change, proposing a new multi-lateral protocol binding all emitters.
